I see there is highway 200 behind the hotel. How much noise is audible in the rooms and at the pool?

As of right now we are stable but still alert, following all safety protocols. The US and Canada do require a COVID-19 test, to be able to fly. This can be done in a local lab or in the airport.

Is there a 2 bedroom suite with a ocean view. Is your restaurant and bar open? Is there cable tv in English?

All of our 2 bedroom units have an ocean view, depending on the location of the unit is its proximity. Our restaurant and bar are open everyday fro 8am to 8 pm. We have cable tv in our units, with a mix of channels.

I like the condo, but with all new Covid restrictions, I am concern about not being able to cancel. Would you consider a cancelation policy?

Good
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of the wonderful customer service & care we received from the following hotel staff: Jeraldo, Marivella, Laura, Flor, Sergio, Carlos, Anna, & the Restaurant Chef. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent and made our hotel stay very enjoyable and the restaurant meals were delicious. The Bar, Palapa, & swimming pool was very lovely. There was a nice menu variety, and items were reasonably priced.
The hotel remodeling noise was very loud, constant, and went from 8am to 7pm every day. The hotel did not inform us that the hotel was being remodeled nor that it was in the bldg. right next to our room. Our air conditioners were extremely noisy and loud. The ongoing hwy traffic was noisy. There were tons of rocks all over the beach. The rooms were outdated, the shower water drained very slowly The toilet was difficult to flush, and our bed matresses were hard and uncomfortable. There were flag warnings posted not to swim in the ocean due to the recent hurricanes and there was alot of debris in the water. There was also the possibility of crocodiles being nearby the ocean water after the recent hurricane storm. The hotel was far from Bucerias so we either took a bus or taxi to the tourist area of Bucerias to restaurants, stores, and nice beaches. We felt our apartment was over priced. I also think the new remodeled hotel will be lovely.

Quiet and beautiful
The beach was nice and clean....also quiet! The food was good. The pool was great and loved the size of the rooms.
The one negative was the beds were hard and the AC was loud in our room, but we would definitely recommend this place and come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it especially once renovations complete.
The location, staff and pool were amazing. The food and drinks were great,
The construction noise and old rooms. Our accommodations were not so great. The construction was annoying. We understand there is no good time to do renovations but would probably not have stayed there knowing that. However, they are making wonderful improvements to this place and when finished I hope to go back.
